Actively supporting celtc while playing for rangers is simply unacceptable.3 points
-
I've never understood how any Rangers fan can feel comfortable with the club taking on anyone with a clear affinity to Celtic, on or off the park.3 points

Would like to se the jumbo screen corners filled in and as Rousseau says round off the stadium a bit more , but Ibrox is our home we cannot move .3 points
-
Using scarce resources to expand Ibrox at this time would be lunacy ... when the existing stadium is in such dire need of rejuvenation and we need every penny to try to put a decent team on the park.3 points
-
Ibrox is our home. English clubs have to fulfill tourist requirements etc. We don't. The Main Stand is iconic.3 points

He’s treating the club and the fans (us) with utter contempt. I’m usually pretty laid back about all that stuff. I don’t care what religion a player is or if they supported Celtic as a kid as long as they are professional enough to forget any previous allegiances once they sign (Neil McCann) but this is completely unacceptable and unforgivable.2 points

It's not a problem if the person in question behaves as a professional. Plenty of players have in the past. Given the nature of the rivalry, i.e. two big teams in a small country, then I think going along to support one team, while contracted to the other, counts as unprofessional. If that's what O'Halloran is like then it explains a lot. You can't imagine him going the extra mile for the team. You must also wonder what the other players think.2 points

It's almost as if you are a complete stranger to the Old Firm rivalry.2 points

"Big deal. Why are we bothered?" There are times when I wonder that as well, with supporters around who need to ask daft bloody questions like that. I think your response will have you pegged as a bheastophobe dinosaur by our new age fans.2 points

We can but it would require the Copland,Govan and Broomloan Stands to be re-roofed in a different design to the current goal post style.2 points

We pay his wages. Rivalry. It shows a lack of respect towards his employer. They have just hammered us twice. I f*cking hate them. All that kind of stuff.2 points

That's Livingston promoted and Thistle down ! If you want a lesson on how to defend with dogged determination and absolute commitment, you'd do well to take a look at Livingston this afternoon.2 points

It’s like he’s trolling the Rangers support. Get him to fck!2 points

If a sporting advantagecwas saught by any club by covering up child abuse they should be expunged from history.2 points

There is room to expand and increase capacity at Ibrox but not convinced the cost per seat would be viable. Don't really see the need to move though a new stadium would solve many problems.2 points
-
Unsure also re the time issue in the case of 'event' parking, but my understanding is Blue Badge holders can park on double yellow lines (unless there are loading and unloading restrictions in place or less than 15 meters from a junction), in England and Wales there's a 3 hour time limit but no such limit applies in Scotland. Once got Dragonfly Trumpeter ticketed for parking in a loading zone but I did get it cancelled on appeal.2 points

At the end of the day the guy should leave.....................because he is pish!1 point

It could be phased over a few seasons to avoid any reduction in capacity during construction. A forward looking Board could factor in other elements including the upcoming disabled seating requirements, safe standing and the inbuilt structural advantage the Tims have by being able to sell 10k more seats perhaps then the investment required would seem much more realistic than dealing with each item on its own.1 point

I'm surprised at Livingston winning promotion. Lots of decent clubs in that division now. Looks like another tough season for Dundee United.1 point

I know mr bell vaguely and im fairly certain thats deliberate. Adrian durham will be his hero i suspect. Nice lad though and funny.1 point

Quite the opposite. This is a painfully familiar topic though. It is repeatedly discussed on fan forums with little acknowledgement of the limitations we face.1 point

Quite happy that Livi came up. It's about twenty minutes along the road from me! Thistle were terrible over the two legs1 point

If it's true, yes, he must be let go. That's unacceptable from a Rangers player. However, there's rumours that it's an old picture, from his time at St Johnstone.1 point

If that is him and it's a recent photo, just kick him out now. That's disgraceful. In fact, fine him a year's salary and then kick him out because he's been taking money from us that he shouldn't have had.1 point

Speaking of things not supposed to be being allowed and mixing politics and football. I see the anti-semitics had banners out yesterday supporting Palestine and accusing Jews of genocide. Just let those last four words sink in.1 point

It's not a priority at the moment. The main stand/facade must be retained, but I would, some day, like to see the rest rounded off.1 point

Exactly. Child abuse took place in various institutions & establishments and unfortunately still does probably. But the most important part here is whether it was knowingly covered up and for sporting advantage. Celtc BC produced many players over many years who enjoyed success at the club. Had the now known child abuse within the club been dealt with at the time would the club still have got the same success ? I think not. Depending on the outcomes of the forthcoming trials this is something the SFA needs to investigate.1 point

It’s free content put together by blokes in their spare time so a bit of perspective required. But it’s usually very enjoyable. Personally, I like that it’s just them giving their views rather than pretending to disagree to set up a staged argument. Almost always disagree with anything Cameron Bell says, mind. The patreon subscription is farcically good value. gersnet one has made a good start too.1 point

Come on now, coop. You can't mix politics and football - that's not allowed. All our SNP voting Bears will be out cheering their pals and we can all have a big hug before next season kicks off. I'd be quite happy if someone flings an anvil at the yahoos bus.1 point

Whether any form of child abuse took place at a football club or anywhere else is for the police & the authorities to investigate & the law applied accordingly as a result of those investigations. If it transpires from those investigations that any football club has tried to cover up any form of child abuse the football authorities will need to be seen to take action against that particular club in addition to any actions by the police & authorities. Daly is shit-stirring in my opinion. He is trying to imply child abuse was overlooked at Rangers. I don’t think it was. Elsewhere In the same city I’d suggest otherwise over decades.1 point

Maybe if we had turned up for the semi final, we could've stopped them. We only have ourselves to blame. Murder.1 point

2011 was the last proper Rangers team. Hopefull we get another sooner rather than later but it’s understandable that we haven’t considering what happened in 2012.1 point

Yeah, we need a core of 5 or 6 quality players like the tims have. We don't have this and Murphy isn't such a player.1 point

The impression given is that Shagger’s filling in for a couple of seasons until Kelly and McCrorie are ready for the first team. Proper succession planning!1 point

Whilst I'm not against MacGregor returning can we now concentrate on bringing in younger players ? We've still got too many players in their 30's with no sell-on value1 point

It's a poor excuse from the club, or its insurers, whoever is actually defending the action. We should do the right thing here because it's the right thing to do.1 point
