Taxi!!!! After a discussion with Frankie last night he remembered me that I used to put up humorous(???) posts called Taxi!!!. Since I haven't done one in a while I thought okay lets try one again. Here goes. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The big news this week is was that a Chinese team had been putting in bids for Alfredo Morelos. They first offered 7 million pounds but Rangers answered: Ho lee fuk! Wei tu Lo. Alfredo, Shining On Park. They had also offered Alfredo a far higher salary than he is now getting, offering him 27.000 pounds a week and flee plawn klackers with evely thlee meals. It was also rumoured a Columbian team were interested in Alfredo A bid came in of 60 kilo's of heroin 30 kilo's of Crack Cocaine and 15 Uzi machine guns. Rangers of course knocked it back as they didn't want Scott Brown sniff'n about. Over to the East end of Glasgow where a new film is in the making. Harry Potter and the disappearing pillars. Now they say these pillars are not needed during matches, because, well, when the Celtic support are sitting in the stand they hold the roof down . I certainly can't argue with them, because let's face it they are the experts. They have vast experience sitting on top of the roof stripping the lead off. When Celtic bought Moussa Dembele they were told he was a diamond filled with carats Now they realise he is a donkey filled with carrots. A bored Celtic supporter was filmed tuned into Tinder during the Celtic game with Zenit St Petersburg. Tinder is a dating site where you can find dates in your area. It is reported the other 52.000 were tuned into Tindergarten. Irn Bru have cut off all sponsoring with Celtic. A spokesman for the company said that there was no point as they were all Cant's Taxi!!!!3 points

Maybe someone going back into the past to share memories of Rangers matches from the 60's or whatever ? Don't know about my presentation, or even whether my laptop has a mic tbh, but I certainly have some amusing stories from that era.2 points

The criminal side of the Celtic BC child abuse is the responsibility for the police & relevant authorities. However the football side is for the SFA to investigate if there has been evidence of cover-ups at forthcoming court cases. At the very least they will have brought the game into disrepute. More seriously it will need to be determined whether the club gained any sporting advantage at the times of the offences by deliberately trying to conceal them. Maybe Regan didn't have the stomach for this hence his departure.2 points

So I’m reading all this uproar that Rangers are looking likely to play more home games this season than away due to the fixtures played so far. Now that is a scandalous predicament. But in saying that, am I incorrect in saying that in the past we’ve been in a situation where we’ve played more away games? In which case, that is just as scandalous?1 point

But what's the answer? My preference is to go to a bigger league and play each other twice. I think it would help develop younger players, but I can understand many clubs want Rangers to visit them twice each year for the additional revenue. So, would you prefer a small number of teams, or fewer games against Celtic, etc?1 point

The Record view that I posted on another thread was that Rangers played games away post-split but also played home matches post-split. I prefer to look over the years at how they always conspired to have us play 3 times away at the more difficult parks. Before our drop into the basement it happened every year is my memory of how it worked.1 point

I had There are a few on here with fantastic memories of the past and I don't think we could omit 26th on that one if he was willing. I also mentioned to BJ yesterday Frankie before you got on ( sorry I never mentioned it again it went out my head) about possibly a live show during the game. There is always people on here wanting to know how it is going. You know a bit like the Sky(?) programme where they have people watching the game and chatting about it. There may be copyright problems on that though.. Am I getting carried away now?1 point

Loved listening to stories from by gone days from my auld man and his mates whilst sitting in the back of a clapped out Ford transit van travelling to matches. Also have a few amusing ones from the 70's i'd love to share although some may not be broadcast friendly....1 point

Fair comment but at the same time you would imagine that all things being equal winning more at home would be an easier challenge to rectify than many other challenges we have faced. And as it stands we would be winning this league if not for that somewhat peculiar feature.1 point

Mmmm Would winning all our home games not be a transformational improvement.1 point

We have already seen testimony that hibs sought sporting advantage by covering up child abuse. Any club found guilty of such must have all trophys from then till now removed. Then they can rebuild from there.1 point
