Written by: Nathan Robert Tuesday, 23rd January 2018 Several news media sources have continually printed lies, half-truths and misunderstandings about the Offensive Behaviour at Football and Threatening Communications (Scotland) Act 2012. The legislation is itself a half-baked quagmire pushed through with little thought given to the civil liberties of citizens. The purpose of this short article is to clear the air with regards to several aspects of the legislation, as a means of protecting Rangers fans from unjust prosecution. The information presented has been acquired from Police Scotland through a series of freedom of information requests. http://www.vanguardbears.co.uk/article.php?i=174&a=offensive-behaviour-at-football-act-2012---what-you-need-to-know3 points

We need to finish above them in the league to legitimately claim that2 points

Another game with me wondering what Aberdeen have to do to get a player booked.2 points

I'm strangely happy with the Docherty move -- it seems to tick a few boxes. Now it is up to him to do the job on the pitch.2 points

I would like us to keep him and play him if we knew when his top class defender attitude was switched on. The problem is that we just never know and that will cost us. He has the ability, but not the consistency and that's not good enough for our first eleven. I don't think he's willing to take a backup role.2 points

All of them have been open to supporters so far, so no reason for this one not to be pete2 points

All signs point to it going through today (though I don't think the player will feature as he's injured).2 points

Losing Jack and McCrorie does leave us light in central midfield (in terms of more combative players). I guess this is why Halliday was brought back and why Rossiter seems to have his recuperation stepped up. Goss looks a good player but I suspect he's more suited to games where teams are sitting in and we need to create stuff as opposed to battling the likes of Shinnie and Brown. Tonight will give us a good idea of how Murty intends to address this.2 points

But we weren't 3 or 4 up by half time. We were very wasteful in front of goal. We were never out of sight in that game tonight despite dominating the game. Until we finish off teams like we should have done tonight we can forget about winning the title1 point

Docherty a done deal, his cousin was in a Partick pub downing champagne to celebrate.1 point

But by that point we were up 2-0. You have to look at it in context. You could say we should have been 3 or 4 up by half time.1 point

Well that being the case he has no ambition aside from building a retirement fund. Hubz is actually a better job for someone like him in anyw ays. They don't have the impossible delusions of grandeur the sheep have had since a brief purple patch under SAF 30 years ago. Hubz actually have some scope for improvement while having no illusions of being a title contender while they think they're contenders which they will absolutely never be again.1 point

No arguments from me, Although I don't buy into the cult of personality that surrounds his managerial ability. I'm glad he's not with us, as tonight has shown, he has no plan B and every now and then, no plan A.1 point

So you want the pressers to be part and partial of his contract?1 point

Maybe don't click on the link, but the headline is good:1 point

He's a tremendous entertainer alright. I had a table in a club deck box for a number of years and Willie was our resident "host". Some of the performances he put on for us would challenge anything he did on the park!1 point

It would appear that money trumps ambition for Wilson. Sent from my SM-G950F using Tapatalk1 point

Seems there may be some truth in the "Wilson out" rumours, according to @estconsultancy on twitter. However he is still in negotations about a new deal. I'm assuming there have been inquiries to his agent given he's soon to be out of contract.1 point

It appears I'm in the minority with regards to Wilson. I can't believe YOU'RE ALL WRONG?!1 point

You can see his contract is coming to an end as he is playing decent. Unfortunately for me he isn't solid/consistent enough and we need better1 point

Think he's just a tad nervous which is understandable.1 point

And agreeing to a sell on clause was likely the only way to finally get this over the line. If Morelos goes i'm confident we will insist on one too.1 point

The level of support is rendered meaningless in the modern game. TV support not fans on terraces is they key factor. Norwich reject? Norwich were on a financial level we can only dream of when in the EPL and would still have been with zero support.1 point

So he gets sent off three times for not very much and someone ends his season and doesn't even get booked. Must be down to jealousy.1 point
