It appears they were offered "proper" covers from Arbroath but for some reason did not take up the offer, by the time they realised the severity of the situation they were fighting a losing battle despite all the effort from 120 local volunteers. Sky have yet to confirm if they will televise the rescheduled fixture or not.3 points

So the rescheduled game on Wednesday 31st was shown earlier today. Did Marty McFly do the commentary? ?2 points

Why? If you don't read them you won't have any reason to check. I could live very happily without having any idea what lies they're printing. All you do by scrutinising them is perpetuate the situation.2 points

Thing is ... someone has to check their lies, half-truths and defamation and keep track of it. Boldly just stating that they do the aforementioned without having evidence handy ain't that good an idea. And if only one or two chaps read these articles and post the text & links in here - for reference and to stop others handing them clicks - why bother?2 points

Why is it we can refuse to buy the Record and the Sun, on the basis they're dishonest and disruptive, but can't help ourselves pouring over every word they print? Personally I'd never know what they were saying if it wasn't for reading it on here. It would suit me if there was a ban on linking or quoting these papers.2 points

The rank and file should elect an assembly to make decisions the manager can listen to. And a House of Commons to keep the assembly, or cabinet, in check. The Lords can comprise of pensioners who have held STs for more than a decade. I bagsie being the Party Whip.1 point

Another home game for Celtic. It's a fix.1 point

I always assumed the Rangers manager picked the team on the basis of what rank and file supporters think.1 point

I think you are not understanding me?, opinions on here and other forums are fine, however they have no influence on what players are signed or play!.1 point

Rondon was an absolute class act about this. On Twitter he said that rivalries are put into perspective when this happens to a “colleague” and wished McCarthy a speedy recovery. Double fracture. He may never be the same player again. From the looks of it, it was a freak accident1 point

I understand their reasoning, but the pedigree is there so they should've weathered the difficult period; shat themselves too soon. Announce, Rangers!1 point

I think it was Frankie that mentioned a few months back but the sentiment is still true now perhaps more so. But it truly is disturbing how much the media seem to think that McCoist, Ferguson & Boyd speak for the opinions of Rangers fan.1 point

Glad to see him go he could have been a good signing. But I don't think his heart has really been in it. More so once Pedro left.1 point

https://mobile.twitter.com/WilloughbyKirk/status/954848232823246849 the sun just making up stories about Morelos going to Bristol City for £2m. Intriguing when you compare the Scottish Media’s treatment of Dembele.1 point
-
From twitter I can tell you right now that this is very poor journalism. As the Bristol City senior scout in Scotland there is absolutely no chance of Bristol being interested in Morelos. Paper doesn't even get the Bristol Manager right, Lee Johnson.1 point

I had a sneaky for Fulham to make the play offs and they are romping up the league. Pulis has got Boro just outside there also. But the race for the 2nd automatic promotion place is hotting up. Derby, Villa, Cardiff, Bristol City all right in there and a couple of wins for Sheff Utd and Fulham put them right in contention.1 point

Found it, it was the fourlads blog “Rangers this week were given the go ahead to relay and modify the roofs of the Copland, Sandy Jardine and Broomloan stands at a cost of £1m. Work and plans to regenerate the area surrounding the stadium continue with plans for a memorial garden now in public domain. The 150 year celebrations are a massive goal for our board who remain committed to returning our stadium to the stature she deserves. Work will continue to fix the Club Deck roof after the work on the other stands is done. Ibrox is rightfully being restored after years of neglect, something our board promised and are delivering.”1 point

I think it was mentioned on one of the fourladshadadream blogs. Roof work to a couple of roofs, one was the club deck. Plus other bits and pieces. See if I can find it.1 point

If it was 18 leagues below then players woukdnt come from there and struggle all the time.1 point

It's desperation to want a chancer like Naismith back. He's always injured and made derogatory comments about our club. Just forget him.1 point
