I’ve done some digging on our new sporting director and have to say it looks pretty promising, helped build a wolves team and helped find talented players such as jota, Neves, Traore to name a few, Also whilst at New York Red Bulls he rebuilt the squad leading them to playoffs with the youngest squad in the MLS. So I’m guessing we can expect more younger players coming in be it from our academy or elsewhere like we are seeing now with Josh mulligan and young Cameron from Dundee in which I’m positive will give us higher profit once it’s there time to sell on. He also isn’t shy to take full responsibility and roles ensuring they work to his planned method, whilst at wolves he oversaw the generation of £170 million in transfer fees and let’s not forget how he probably paid an important part with the recent saga with Everton after there points deduction and fighting relegation this season, so he looks well equipped maybe just maybe I’ll actually be able to say I know what a Sporting director actually does to my kids when they ask the question🤣

Would we have to pay Dundee compensation for josh Mulligan being he is under 24 ? He played loads of games this season and plays mainly Right midfield but can drop back to Right back centre midfield. Looks like he Loves to dribble and looks like a complete no 8 definitely will get better in time if we pull this one off, looks pretty solid tbh. here is a video I found on him .

I'd have said Struth, Wallace, any other great Rangers manager of the past, before Stein tbh. Preference is all, us before them. But as for that style of management, long gone, what should really be brought back is youth footballers being made to work, cleaning the boots, cones out, cleaning round the place etc. The old apprenticeship schemes clubs would put them through.
